1. Failure to reply within deadline will be regarded as voluntarily giving up their admissions. 期限內未回覆者視為自願放棄。
2. To complete the online enrollment confirmation, applicants who are not awarded any scholarship— including those who only receive a tuition waiver—must upload both a financial statement and the Financial Statement Supplement. Please refer to Appendix 5 for the Financial Statement Supplement form. 為完成線上入學確認，未獲得任何獎學 金之申請者——包括僅獲得學費減免者 ——必須上傳財力證明及「財力證明補充說明」。請參考附件五中的「財力證明補充說明」格式。
3.The financial statement must be an English document issued by the bank within the last six months, showing an available balance in cash of at least USD 4,000. Applicants who have been awarded a scholarship or assistantship by NTUST professors, departments, or graduate institutes may upload the relevant proof in place of a bank statement. Failure to upload the required financial statement by the deadline, or submission of a document that does not meet the stated requirements, will be considered as a voluntary forfeiture of admission. 財力證明須為銀行於最近六個月內開立 之英文文件，且顯示可動用之現金餘額至少為 4,000 美元。已獲本校教授、系所提供獎學金或助學金者，可上傳相關證明文件以代替銀行財力證明。若未於期限內上傳所需的財力證明， 或上傳之文件不符合規定，將視同自動放棄入學資格。
4. Please be advised that only bank accounts under the applicant or the applicant’s parents are acceptable. If the financial statement is issued under the parent’s name, please upload the financial statement, the Financial Statement Supplement, and a parent-signed Sponsorship Letter. The Sponsorship Letter template can be found in guideline (Appendix 1.) 請注意，我們僅接受以申請者本人或其 父母名義開立的銀行帳戶。若財力證明 文件為父母名義的帳戶，請上傳財力證 明、「財力證明補充說明」，以及由父 母親簽署的「贊助信」。贊助信範本請 參考附件一。
5. Those who are eligible to apply for an admission deferral should accept Taiwan Tech’s offer during the online intention reply for enrollment period. 符合申請保留學籍的學生，應在線上回覆就讀意願時接受本校的錄取。
